The filing confirmed that all encumbrances created by way of pledging equity shares have been duly disclosed to the stock exchanges during the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the promoters assured that no new encumbrances were created during this period, apart from those already disclosed.
The shareholding details as of 31st March 2026 indicate that Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma, a promoter, holds 211,466,356 shares, accounting for 35.899% of the total shareholding. Jagan Mohan Reddy Thumma, another promoter, holds 47,000,000 shares, representing 7.979%. The promoter group members, including Innamma Thumma and Dennis Reddy Thumma, hold 25,292,980 shares (4.294%) and 34,141,740 shares (5.796%), respectively. Boyapati Inna Reddy, also part of the promoter group, holds 437,760 shares, which is 0.074% of the total shareholding.
