M/s. Dhananjay Shukla & Associates has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, from 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. The firm, known for its expertise in corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and other compliances, is led by CS Dhananjay Shukla, who has over 22 years of experience in the field.
Additionally, the company appointed internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The internal audit will be conducted by three firms: M/s S S Kothari Mehta & Co.
