Lemon Tree Hotels recently revealed its newest signing: Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh.The property is scheduled to open in FY 2026 and will be franchised by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
The charming town of Shivpuri, located in Madhya Pradesh, India, is well-known for both its historical significance and natural beauty. Shivpuri, which is surrounded by peaceful lakes and verdant woods, was once the summer capital of the Scindia dynasty. In the exchange filing, the company shared, “Key Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Shivpuri will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool and other public areas. The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Airport Gwalior is about 134 kms away while the Shivpuri Railway Station is about 1 km away from the property. The hotel is well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.”
