Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited reported its highest-ever standalone quarterly sales of ₹1,522 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, registering a 24% year-on-year growth.

The company’s standalone net sales for FY26 stood at ₹5,604 crore, up 25% compared to the previous fiscal. EBITDA for the year rose 33% to ₹737 crore, while net profit increased 35% to ₹464 crore.

Revenue from operations during Q4 FY26 stood at ₹1,535 crore against ₹1,236 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA during the quarter rose 27% to ₹193 crore, while net profit increased 28% to ₹118 crore.

On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for FY26 stood at ₹7,701 crore, reflecting a 22% growth, while profit after tax rose 40% to ₹582 crore.

The company said strong momentum in its Powergen, Industrial and international businesses contributed to the growth during the year.

The board has proposed a total dividend of 350% for FY26, including a final dividend of 225% or ₹4.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval, in addition to the interim dividend of 125% or ₹2.50 per share already declared.
