Insolation Energy Limited successfully migrated 22,03,94,625 equity shares from the SME Platform of BSE Limited to the Mainboard of BSE Limited and achieved direct listing on the Capital Market segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on 9th March, 2026.
The listing ceremony was held in Jaipur with the presence of Rajasthan’s Energy Minister Shri Heeralal Nagar Ji and former Member of Parliament Shri Ramcharan Bohra Ji. The official bell-ringing ceremony commenced at 09:15 AM, marking the commencement of trading hours on the NSE Main Board. The event was attended by company promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, NSE officials, merchant bankers, and employees.
Shri Manish Gupta, Chairman & Whole Time Director, delivered an address highlighting the company’s journey and achievements in the renewable energy sector. Shri Vikas Jain, Managing Director, also addressed the gathering and shared perspectives on the company’s growth trajectory.
