Indian Oil Corporation has announced its provisional operational performance highlights for the financial year 2025-26, showcasing significant achievements across various sectors. The company reported its highest-ever crude throughput of 75.4 million metric tonnes (MMT), achieving an operational reliability of 99.5%.
In addition to this milestone, Indian Oil’s pipeline throughput reached a record 105.3 MMT. The corporation also achieved its highest-ever consolidated sales volume of petroleum products, totalling 104.4 MMT, which marks a growth of approximately 4% compared to the previous year’s 100.3 MMT.
The company commissioned a record 909 retail outlets, enhancing its market share across nine of the top ten national highways. In the lubes business, Indian Oil achieved record sales of 855 thousand metric tonnes (TMT), reflecting a growth of approximately 15%, significantly outpacing the industry growth rate of around 4%.
Furthermore, the petrochemicals segment reported its highest-ever sales of 3.22 MMT and production of 3.4 MMT. The gas business also recorded regasified liquefied natural gas (RLNG) sales of approximately 5.60 MMT, excluding internal consumption.
