Fortis Healthcare has reported a total of ₹1,550 crore in outstanding debt securities issued through private placement as of 31 March 2026. The company disclosed these details in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India () regulations.

The debt securities are structured in three tranches, each with a maturity date set for 19 December 2029. The first tranche, identified by ISIN INE061F07044 (Old) and INE061F08018 (New), was issued on 19 December 2024, with an outstanding amount of ₹500 crore. The second tranche, with ISIN INE061F07051 (Old) and INE061F08026 (New), also issued on the same date, holds an outstanding amount of ₹500 crore. The third tranche, identified by ISIN INE061F07069 (Old) and INE061F08034 (New), was similarly issued on 19 December 2024, with an outstanding amount of ₹550 crore.

All three tranches carry an initial coupon rate of 7.7648% per annum for the first year. The coupon rate is subject to an annual reset based on the Coupon Reset Process and may include a Step Up or Step Down adjustment.

These debt securities are structured to provide annual coupon payments, and no embedded options are associated with these issuances.
