Flexituff Ventures International has announced the resignation of its Whole-time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Ms. Priya Soni. The resignation, effective from 24th March 2026, was attributed to her pre-occupation with other assignments. Ms. Soni confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her departure beyond those stated in her resignation letter.
The company has attached the resignation letter and detailed reasons for her resignation as Annexure-I in its disclosure. Additionally, the details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, as per the SEBI Master Circular dated 11th November 2024, have been provided as Annexure-II.
Ms. Soni’s resignation marks a change in the key managerial personnel of Flexituff Ventures. The company has assured that all necessary forms and intimations will be filed with the Registrar of Companies and the Stock Exchanges to give effect to this resignation.
