Finolex Industries Limited has announced major leadership appointments aimed at strengthening the company’s next phase of growth and operational transformation. Effective November 1, 2025, Mr. Udipt Agarwal has taken charge as Managing Director, while Mr. Rambabu Sanka assumed the role of Director – Technical on August 2, 2025.
Mr. Agarwal, 56, brings over three decades of experience across chemicals, bio-industrials and specialty materials, with strong credentials in operations, business management and market expansion across Asia. Mr. Sanka, 63, joins with nearly 40 years of expertise in chemical manufacturing and long-standing experience in VCM/PVC operations.
Executive Chairman Mr. Prakash P. Chhabria said the two leaders bring complementary strengths that will help accelerate innovation, operational excellence and market leadership. The transition follows the retirement of Mr. Saurabh Dhanorkar (Managing Director) and Mr. Saumya Chakrabarti (Director – Technical).
