Equitas Small Finance Bank has announced the appointment and re-appointment of its joint statutory auditors for the financial year 2026-2027 following the approval from the Reserve Bank of India.
The Bank’s Board of Directors has re-appointed M/s Suri & Co., Chartered Accountants, for their third consecutive year as one of the joint statutory auditors. Additionally, M/s Sundaram & Srinivasan, Chartered Accountants, have been appointed for their first year, pending approval from the Bank’s shareholders.
These appointments are in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Section 30 (1A) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
