Emami declares dividend of Rs 4 per equity share

Emami ltd. has declared interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share for Q2 FY2021.

The Kolkata based company stated in its BSE regulatory filing. “Further pursuant to Regulation 30 & 43 of the listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held today has declared payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid up ie, 400% on the equity shares of the company for the Financial Year 2020-21. Record date for ascertaining the names of the members who will be entitled to receive the Interim Dividend is 13th November, 2020.”
