Diamond Power Infrastructure has announced the receipt of a letter of intent from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited for the supply of cables worth ₹43,93,97,438, inclusive of GST. The order involves the supply of 453 kilometres of cables and is to be executed within seven months in equal monthly lots. The commencement period for the order is set at 45 days from the date of acceptance by the respective DISCOMS.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, and there are no interests from the promoter or promoter group companies in the awarding entity. Additionally, the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
