ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited has announced the appointment of Paramjit Singh Chadha as its new Managing Director, effective July 1, 2025.

Chadha brings nearly four decades of experience in the automotive industry. Starting his career with Maruti Suzuki, he has held leadership roles at Kalyani Brakes, Bosch Chassis Systems, Continental Brakes, and Knorr-Bremse. Most recently, he led strategic projects in ESG, manufacturing excellence, and digitalization at the ADM Group.

His expertise spans safety-critical automotive components, especially brake systems across various vehicle segments.

Chadha succeeds P Kaniappan, who was appreciated for laying a strong foundation for ZF’s presence in India.
