ZEN Technologies has announced the receipt of fresh defence orders worth ₹120 crore, including GST. The contracts, awarded by the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India, reinforce the company’s strong position in the military training and simulation domain.

According to the company’s filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, the order covers the supply of an advanced Comprehensive Training Node (CTN). This CTN package includes a suite of cutting-edge training simulators and equipment designed to enhance combat preparedness and operational efficiency for defence personnel.

The Ministry of Defence, a domestic government entity, placed the order as part of its ongoing initiative to modernize and strengthen India’s training infrastructure. ZEN Technologies confirmed that the project is expected to be fully executed within a year. The company also clarified that the promoters or promoter group do not have any interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings.
