Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has announced a new agreement with BIBA Fashion Limited, marking another step in the company’s ongoing expansion in the digital fintech and SaaS solutions space. The update was shared in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, 2015.
Under this agreement, Zaggle will deploy its Zaggle Zoyer Platform for BIBA Fashion Limited, enabling the retailer to streamline expense management and strengthen its digital workflows. This collaboration is fully domestic, formalised as an agreement with a contract tenure of thirty-six months. While the company has not disclosed additional commercial details, the engagement revolves around providing the Zoyer platform as a core technology solution to support BIBA’s operations.
Zaggle also confirmed that neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in BIBA Fashion Limited, and the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings.
