Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has announced a strategic partnership with IDFC First Bank Limited, aiming to enhance the bank’s offerings to its corporate clients through innovative SaaS solutions.
Under the agreement, Zaggle will provide its advanced SaaS platform to corporate customers of IDFC First Bank, helping streamline financial and operational workflows. The partnership, which is domestic in nature, marks a significant step for Zaggle in expanding its reach among corporate enterprises.
The agreement came into effect on September 26, 2025, and will continue until either party decides to terminate it. Importantly, there are no interests held by promoters or promoter group companies in IDFC First Bank, and the deal is not classified as a related party transaction.
This collaboration reflects Zaggle’s ongoing commitment to delivering technology-driven financial solutions to businesses, enabling seamless management of corporate accounts and transactions through its SaaS platform.
