Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has entered into a services agreement with Birlasoft Limited, marking another milestone in its enterprise partnership journey. As per the agreement, Zaggle will provide Zaggle Save, its comprehensive employee expense management and benefits platform, to Birlasoft Limited.
This collaboration is aimed at streamlining expense management, enhancing employee engagement, and improving operational efficiency through digital automation. The contract is domestic in nature, with a tenure of one year, and falls under a services agreement category.
The company clarified that this agreement does not fall under related party transactions, and there is no promoter or group company interest involved.
