Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited announced its standalone financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, reporting a strong year-on-year rise in both revenue and profit driven by higher transaction volumes and improved operational efficiency.
The company’s revenue from operations jumped 42% YoY to Rs 430.98 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 302.56 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income stood at Rs 440.28 crore, up from Rs 306.29 crore in Q2 FY25, reflecting continued momentum in its prepaid and corporate rewards business.
On the profitability front, profit after tax (PAT) surged 79% YoY to Rs 33.24 crore, as against Rs 18.55 crore in the previous year’s corresponding quarter. Sequentially, profit was also higher than Rs 25.86 crore reported in Q1 FY26.
The company’s total expenses increased to Rs 395.82 crore from Rs 280.50 crore a year ago, largely on account of higher point redemption costs and incentives. Despite this, margins improved due to better cost management and higher income from corporate clients.
For the half year ended September 30, 2025, Zaggle reported a total income of Rs 783.48 crore, compared to Rs 563.02 crore during the same period last year. Net profit for the half year stood at Rs 59.17 crore, reflecting robust growth.
The management attributed the strong quarterly performance to expanding partnerships, higher adoption of Zaggle’s digital payment ecosystem, and operational efficiencies achieved during the period.
