Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has taken a significant step forward in its ongoing collaboration with Blink Commerce Private Limited (Blinkit) by signing Addendum 1 to their existing Master Agreement.
The original agreement between the two companies was executed on December 4, 2024, and the new addendum was formalized on September 10, 2025. This development is part of Zaggle’s continuous efforts to expand and enhance the features of its flagship Zaggle Zoyer Platform, which serves as a comprehensive solution for digital payments and prepaid services.
Through this addendum, Zaggle will provide Blinkit with additional functionalities on the Zoyer Platform, aimed at improving efficiency and creating a seamless user experience. The enhanced platform is expected to offer Blinkit a more robust framework to manage its prepaid and digital payment solutions, reflecting Zaggle’s commitment to innovation and technological advancement in the fintech sector.
