XTGlobal Infotech has secured a significant new client for its Circulus Accounts Payable (AP) automation platform, signing an implementation deal with a leading civil and utility construction company based in Central Florida.
The client, one of the largest construction firms in the region with more than 750 employees, evaluated five AP automation platforms before selecting XTGlobal’s Circulus solution for its ability to integrate seamlessly with the Vista Viewpoint ERP system and support complex construction-specific workflows. The platform will manage dual ERP profiles, vendor-based rules, and automated job-costing, helping route invoices to project managers with improved accuracy and control.
The deal closed in a swift 2.5-week sales cycle, marking one of XTGlobal’s quickest enterprise wins. The deployment value is estimated between USD 50,000 and USD 80,000, and is expected to generate about USD 113,000 in annual recurring revenue (ARR), with a three-year initial contract term.
Leadership commentary highlighted the strategic importance of the agreement as XTGlobal strengthens its footprint in the U.S. construction automation space. The scalable pricing model linked to invoice volumes also supports the client’s projected 11% YoY business growth.
This new engagement reinforces XTGlobal’s positioning in intelligent automation solutions for high-volume financial environments in sectors like construction, where precision and workflow efficiency are critical.
