The partnership aims to overhaul Odido’s IT landscape and elevate customer experience across both enterprise and consumer markets.

The core idea behind this collaboration is to fuse Wipro’s AI capabilities with its deep consulting expertise to help Odido deliver smoother, faster, and more personalised digital experiences. Wipro plans to modernise Odido’s entire digital and enterprise technology ecosystem, simplify their IT infrastructure, and introduce higher levels of automation to boost overall efficiency. A big part of the transformation will be driven by Wipro’s WEGA and WINGS platforms, which sit under the Wipro Intelligence™ umbrella. These platforms will help Odido build a more dynamic, agent-driven service environment, leading to better service reliability, stronger IT operations, and faster incident resolution. At the same time, Wipro will introduce its conversational AI solution to strengthen responsiveness across Odido’s technology ecosystem. With multilingual, contextual, and conversational capabilities, the system is designed to offer intuitive self-service support for customers and internal teams.

Another standout feature of the deal is the experience-led studio model powered by Designit. By blending design, engineering, and development teams into one integrated setup, Wipro aims to ensure user needs are captured early and translated quickly into high-quality solutions. This approach is expected to cut time-to-market and consistently deliver engaging digital experiences for Odido’s customers.
