Windsor Machines Limited has issued an update on the ongoing relocation of its manufacturing operations to its new state-of-the-art integrated facility at Chibhda, Rajkot. The latest disclosure, dated November 24, 2025, was filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
According to the company, the complete shifting of its Injection Moulding Machines facility from Chhatral to the new Rajkot plant has been successfully finished. This development had earlier been reflected in Note No. 10 of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
Further, Windsor Machines confirmed that it has now commenced the relocation of its Vatva manufacturing unit—responsible for Pipe Extrusion and Blown Film Machines—to the same new Rajkot facility. Given the scale and operational complexity of the Vatva plant, the company expects the transfer process to take approximately five months to complete.
The company also stated that it will continue to provide updates on any material developments related to the shifting process in compliance with regulatory requirements.
