PNB Housing Finance has named Ajai Kumar Shukla as its new Managing Director & CEO, effective December 18, 2025, for a five-year term (subject to shareholder approval).
Shukla, 52, is a seasoned housing-finance professional with over 30 years of industry experience. Before joining PNB Housing, he served as the Chief Business Officer at Tata Capital Housing Finance, where he worked for 16 years and led functions across credit, risk, valuation, digital transformation and affordable housing.
He has also previously worked with ICICI Bank for seven years and began his career at LIC Housing Finance, gaining early domain expertise.
PNB Housing also announced that Vipin Malhotra has been designated as the company’s Internal Auditor from November 30, 2025.
