In the exchange filing, Waaree Technologie shared, “The company has received Purchase Order for the 20KWh Hybrid system for 35.84KWh capacity (comprising of batteries, battery racks, inverters, solar panels etc.) from Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited on March 03, 2025, to be delivered within a period of 1-2 months.”
As a related party transaction, the deal is executed at arm’s length, ensuring compliance with corporate governance norms. Notably, the promoter of Waaree Technologies is also a Director in Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, highlighting the strong synergy between the two companies.
