Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. (WAAREERTL) has secured a significant Letter of Award (LOA) for the execution of a solar power project under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 (MSKVY 2.0).
The scope of the contract includes complete Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, along with ongoing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of a 21 MW AC / 29.4 MW DC ground-mounted solar power installation.
The project, awarded by a domestic construction company, carries an approximate value of ₹26.17 crore (excluding taxes). It is a commercial order and is expected to be completed within the financial year 2025–26, in line with the terms outlined in the agreement.
This development further strengthens Waaree Renewable Technologies’ position in India’s growing solar energy sector. Notably, the transaction does not involve any related party interest or promoter involvement with the awarding entity.
