Waaree Energies announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, has received a significant international order for the supply of 288 MW solar modules. The order was awarded on December 5, 2025 by a well-known US-based renewable energy developer engaged in owning, developing, and operating utility-scale solar and energy-storage projects.

According to the company’s disclosure, the contract is a one-time supply order and involves the delivery of solar modules during FY 2026-27. The customer’s name was not disclosed, but Waaree Energies described it as a “renowned” player in the US renewable power sector.

The company confirmed that the order has been awarded by an international entity, with no promoter or group company interest involved. Waaree Energies also clarified that the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
