Waaree Energies has recently informed exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, has secured a significant international order. The company received the order on June 27, 2025, for the supply of 540MW of solar modules. The client, whose name remains undisclosed, is a well-known developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects in the United States.

In the exchange filing, the company shared, “Waaree Solar Americas, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has received an order on June 27, 2025 for supply of 540MW solar modules from a renowned customer who is a developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States.”

Under the agreement, Waaree Solar Americas will deliver 270MW of solar modules in 2025, with the remaining 270MW scheduled for supply during 2027–2028. The order is a one-time contract and is part of the company’s growing international footprint. There is no related party involvement in the transaction, and none of the promoter or group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the order.
