Voltamp Transformers Limited has announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for a project valued at approximately ₹85.05 crore, inclusive of GST. The company shared this development in a regulatory filing under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
The order involves the design, manufacturing, testing, and supply of power transformers across various ratings. All products will be delivered in accordance with GETCO’s tender specifications. Since the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, the entire scope of work will be executed within India.
Voltamp confirmed that the order does not fall under related-party transactions, and neither the promoter group nor any group companies hold any interest in GETCO. The project is expected to be completed within a six-month timeframe, marking a significant addition to the company’s ongoing business pipeline.
