Suzlon Energy Limited has informed stock exchanges that Mr. Vivek Srivastava, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Division and a Senior Management Personnel (SMP), has resigned from the company. His resignation takes effect from the close of business hours on December 26, 2025, following which he will cease to be part of the company’s senior management team.

According to the regulatory disclosure made under the SEBI Listing Regulations, the cessation is a result of Mr. Srivastava’s resignation. The company clarified that there are no additional terms of appointment applicable, as the disclosure pertains solely to his exit from the organization. Suzlon also confirmed that Mr. Srivastava is not related to any of the directors of the company.

The company has enclosed a copy of the resignation letter dated December 26, 2025, in which the reasons for stepping down have been formally communicated. Suzlon Energy stated that the disclosure has been made in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements to ensure transparency for investors and stakeholders.
