Vedant Fashions (MANYAVAR) Q4 results: Profit dips 12.6% YoY to Rs 101 crore; Revenue remains flat, Dividend of ₹8 announced

Vedant Fashions Limited reported its Q4 FY25 results with a notable decline in profitability despite marginal revenue growth. The company’s net profit fell 12.6% year-on-year to ₹101.1 crore, compared to ₹115.8 crore in Q4 FY24. Meanwhile, revenue from operations rose just 1.2% YoY to ₹367.4 crore from ₹363 crore a year ago.

EBITDA also declined by 5.3% to ₹165.7 crore from ₹175 crore in the same period last year, with EBITDA margins slipping to 45% from 48% YoY. Sequentially, the company’s performance showed a sharper drop in both revenue and profits.
