Vascon Engineers Limited has announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adani Infra (India) Limited to collaborate as an execution partner under an Early Engagement Model for a period of five years.
As per the disclosure, Vascon will work closely with Adani on selected projects from the design stage to ensure seamless integration of design and execution. Already, three projects totaling around 13.15 million sq. ft. in Mumbai have been identified under this model.
The company further stated that it aims to engage with Adani on projects that could contribute an additional 30% of Vascon’s annual turnover. The scope and performance of the arrangement will be reviewed annually.
Vascon described this partnership as a “leap towards something greater,” positioning it as a long-term strategic collaboration that will add significant value for both organizations.
