V-Guard Industries reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), with net profit rising 19.6% year-on-year to ₹91.13 crore, compared to ₹76.17 crore in Q4 FY24. The bottom-line growth was supported by healthy operational performance and improved demand across categories.
Total income for the quarter stood at ₹1,542.58 crore, up 14.5% YoY from ₹1,347.66 crore. Revenue from operations contributed ₹1,538.08 crore to the topline.
On the expense side, raw material costs came in at ₹403.30 crore, while purchase of stock-in-trade surged to ₹565.48 crore. Employee expenses stood at ₹136.86 crore, and depreciation and amortization were ₹26.78 crore.
The company reported profit before tax at ₹118.22 crore, up from ₹100.63 crore in the same quarter last year. Tax expenses for the quarter totaled ₹27.09 crore, leading to the final profit of ₹91.13 crore.
For the full year FY25, V-Guard posted a net profit of ₹313.72 crore, a growth of 21.8% over ₹257.58 crore in FY24. Annual revenue from operations rose to ₹5,577.82 crore, up from ₹4,856.67 crore in FY24, indicating steady consumer demand and product expansion.
