UPL completes integration of Decco post-harvest business with Advanta Seed business

UPL Limited announced on Tuesday, September 30, that its subsidiary Advanta Mauritius Limited has completed the acquisition of the post-harvest business housed under Decco Holdings UK Limited.

Decco Holdings UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of UPL Corporation Limited, Mauritius, was part of the company’s post-harvest operations. With this acquisition, the business has now been integrated into Advanta Enterprises Limited’s seed business segment.

The company had earlier informed exchanges about the proposed integration on September 2, 2025. UPL confirmed that the transaction has been successfully completed and requested stakeholders to take note of the development.
