Univastu India Limited has announced the receipt of a significant work order worth ₹74.60 crore (excluding GST) from the Public Works Department (West) Satara. The order pertains to the construction of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Sports Complex for the Karad Municipal Council in Satara district, Maharashtra.
The intimation was made to the stock exchanges in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The project award was communicated to Univastu via email on May 8, 2025. The company has confirmed the development and requested the exchanges to take the information on record.
