Umiya Mobile Limited announced plans to expand its retail footprint with six new stores across Gujarat and Maharashtra.

According to a regulatory filing dated October 6, 2025, the company will open stores in Anand and Banaskantha in Gujarat, and in multiple locations across Maharashtra, including Nashik (three outlets) and Aurangabad (Kannad region).

The new stores will be located at:

  • Anand (Gujarat): Manubhai Lokhandwala Complex, Moti Chokdi Road
  • Banaskantha (Gujarat): Opp. Bank of Baroda, near Dr. L.C. Patel Hospital, Palanpur
  • Nashik (Maharashtra): Royal Complex, College Road (Ozar), and two other outlets at Deola and Tukdi
  • Aurangabad (Maharashtra): Plot No. A/267, Hiverkheda Road Naka, Kannad

The company noted that it will update the stock exchanges with further developments regarding these store openings.

Kishorbhai Jadwani, Director of Umiya Mobile Limited, signed off the disclosure, stating the move aligns with the company’s plan to strengthen its retail network and customer reach in western India.
