TVS Motor Company reported its highest-ever quarterly sales in Q3 FY26, with total volumes rising 27% year-on-year to 15.44 lakh units, according to a regulatory filing released on Wednesday .
The strong performance was driven by robust growth across two-wheelers, three-wheelers, electric vehicles, and exports. Two-wheeler sales increased 25% YoY to 14.84 lakh units, compared with 11.83 lakh units in the same quarter last year. The company’s three-wheeler segment recorded a sharp 106% YoY growth, with volumes rising to 0.60 lakh units from 0.29 lakh units in Q3 FY25 .
International business also saw healthy traction, with exports growing 40% YoY to 4.10 lakh units during the quarter, up from 2.94 lakh units a year earlier .
December 2025 sales surge
For December 2025, TVS Motor reported total sales of 4,81,389 units, marking a 50% increase over 3,21,687 units sold in December 2024 .
Domestic two-wheeler sales rose 54% YoY to 3,30,362 units, while total two-wheeler volumes climbed 48% YoY to 4,61,071 units. Motorcycle sales increased 50% YoY to 2,16,867 units, and scooter sales rose 48% YoY to 1,98,017 units .
Electric vehicle sales recorded strong momentum, jumping 77% YoY to 35,605 units in December 2025. Meanwhile, three-wheeler sales surged 110% YoY to 20,318 units, reflecting broad-based demand across categories .
Exports for the month stood at 1,46,022 units, up 40% YoY, with two-wheeler exports rising 35% YoY to 1,30,709 units .
