Trishakti Industries Limited has announced that it has secured a significant work order from Larsen & Toubro Ltd for the deployment of advanced machinery and skilled manpower at one of L&T’s flagship project sites.

In line with the project’s execution requirements, the company has undertaken a fresh capital expenditure of Rs 6 crore (Rs 60 million), inclusive of taxes, for the acquisition of new high-capacity machines. With this, Trishakti’s cumulative capital expenditure for FY26 now stands at approximately Rs 91 crore, reflecting its focused strategy to build a stronger, high-performance fleet catering to marquee clients in the infrastructure and heavy industries sectors.

According to the company, the order reinforces the growing trust of top-tier corporates like Larsen & Toubro in Trishakti’s operational capabilities and asset strength. The company expects this development to enhance its revenue visibility and profitability in the upcoming quarters.

As per the filing, the contract value is expected to be upwards of Rs 1.7 crore, with an initial duration of 11 months, to be executed by November 21, 2025. The project involves the hiring of machinery along with manpower and has been awarded by a domestic entity, Larsen & Toubro Ltd.
