Trident Group commits ₹3,000 crore investment to expand textile operations in Madhya Pradesh

Trident Group Chairman Shri Rajinder Gupta, during the Invest Madhya Pradesh: Regional Industry Conclave at Narmadapuram, announced the company’s plans to invest an additional ₹3,000 crore in Madhya Pradesh’s textile sector. This initiative aims to boost employment, increase exports, and expand the company’s global footprint.

Trident’s existing investment of ₹5,000 crore in the state has facilitated exports to 122 countries, with rising demand for its products. The new investment will create over 3,000 additional jobs, bringing employment opportunities from 12,000 to over 15,000, with 50% of new positions reserved for women.

Shri Gupta highlighted Madhya Pradesh’s role as a hub for sustainability, inclusive growth, and renewable energy, emphasizing the company’s focus on skill development and community empowerment. He also praised the state government’s visionary leadership, which has energized innovation and attracted global investors to the region.
