Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Ltd has delivered an impressive performance for the fourth quarter of FY25, showcasing strong growth across key financial metrics.

The company reported a significant surge in net profit, which rose to ₹94.2 crore, more than doubling from ₹40 crore in the same quarter last year. This sharp increase highlights the company’s improving operational efficiency and strategic execution.

Revenue for the quarter saw a notable 32% rise, reaching ₹676.5 crore compared to ₹513 crore in Q4 FY24. The growth in revenue reflects increased demand for the company’s products and services, as well as its continued focus on scaling operations across key markets.

EBITDA also witnessed a remarkable 82.5% jump, climbing to ₹131.4 crore from ₹72 crore year-on-year. The strong EBITDA performance underlines effective cost management and higher operating leverage. As a result, EBITDA margin expanded to 19.4%, up from 14% in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, indicating enhanced profitability.
