This expansion aligns with EIH Ltd.’s strategic growth, reinforcing its position as a leader in luxury hospitality. Expanding its portfolio, the group will introduce an 80-key Luxury Oberoi Resort, carrying the prestigious “Vilas” branding, and a 120-key Trident Hotel, both promising world-class service and exceptional experiences.
Nestled in a breathtaking 60-acre site, embraced by the sacred Ganges on three sides, these resorts will offer a serene retreat near Rishikesh. The properties are being developed by Devprayag Ganges Resorts Pvt Ltd. and Jamuna Hotel Enterprises Pvt Ltd., entities of The Ladhani Group. Designed by renowned architect Bill Bensley, the resorts will seamlessly blend opulence with nature and spirituality.
These new additions align with EIH Ltd.’s ambitious expansion strategy, which includes 19 upcoming properties—16 hotels, two luxury boats, and a Nile cruiser—set for completion by 2029. EIH Ltd. continues its strong financial momentum, reporting a record Q3 revenue of Rs. 831 crore, with EBITDA reaching Rs. 388 crore and a 17% YoY RevPAR growth for domestic hotels.
