Tembo Global Industries has formally announced the commencement of project planning, management, design, and consultancy services for Adani Enterprises Limited and its group companies. This engagement marks a significant milestone for the company as it strengthens its position within India’s rapidly developing infrastructure sector.
The company confirmed that preliminary work on the assignment has already begun. The formal contractual agreement will be executed upon the conclusion and approval of the detailed scope of work. Despite being at the initiation stage, the project reflects strong trust from one of the country’s leading conglomerates.
The estimated value of the mandate is approximately ₹1,07,05,20,000, highlighting the strategic scale of the assignment. Tembo Global Industries will be responsible for comprehensive project-related services, including planning, design oversight, project management, and consultancy for multiple infrastructure initiatives under the Adani Group.
The project is domestic in nature and is planned to be executed over a period of eighteen months. The company has also clarified that there is no promoter or group company interest involved in the awarding entity, and the engagement does not fall under related-party transactions.
