Tejas Networks reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing a significant sequential decline in revenue and profitability. The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹201.98 crore in Q1 FY26, sharply down by 86.5% from ₹1,806.43 crore reported in the previous quarter (Q4 FY25). On a year-on-year basis, revenue also fell from ₹1,496.07 crore recorded in Q1 FY25.

Total income, including other income, was ₹211.53 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to ₹1,914.98 crore in Q4 FY25. Total expenses for the quarter amounted to ₹508.88 crore, leading to a loss before tax of ₹297.35 crore against a loss of ₹45.09 crore in the preceding quarter.

After accounting for tax benefits of ₹103.48 crore, the company posted a net loss of ₹193.87 crore in Q1 FY26, which widened from a loss of ₹71.80 crore in Q4 FY25. In the same quarter last year, Tejas Networks had reported a net profit of ₹77.48 crore.

The sharp decline in revenues and the resulting losses reflect challenges in operations during the quarter.
