Tech Mahindra secured multiple significant contracts across various industries, totaling $603 million (approximately Rs 5069.39 crore) in net new deal wins during Q2 FY25. Some of the key contracts include:

New Partnership with a US-based Cards & Payments Provider:

Tech Mahindra was chosen to implement an AI-Ops-based production management system for the provider’s banking applications. The deal also includes a comprehensive technology modernization program, covering application development, data management, cloud infrastructure, and engineering services. As part of this partnership, Tech Mahindra became the “Change the Bank” partner for the client.

European Communications Service Provider (CSP):

Tech Mahindra will help the CSP implement an Autonomous Operations Program, enabling enhanced customer experiences and transforming the company into a highly innovative digital operator. The project will leverage Tech Mahindra’s AI, network services, and IT transformation capabilities.

European Banking Transformation:

Tech Mahindra secured a deal with a European bank to implement Temenos T24, a core banking platform modernization initiative. The agreement also includes ongoing support post-implementation.

Telecommunications Contracts:

Tech Mahindra was selected by a leading Canadian communications, media, and technology company to deliver managed customer experience services. Additionally, Tech Mahindra will assist Australia’s top telecommunications company in its journey toward digital excellence, focusing on enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
