TeamLease Services Limited, one of India’s leading staffing and workforce solutions companies, has announced a significant leadership change as part of its long-term succession and governance strategy. The company confirmed that Suparna Mitra will assume charge as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TeamLease Services Limited effective February 2, 2026. She will be succeeding the current MD & CEO, Ashok Reddy.
The transition marks an important milestone for TeamLease, which has consistently focused on strengthening its leadership bench. Suparna’s appointment is expected to bring a fresh strategic direction to the company’s growth plans, supported by her extensive corporate experience and industry insight.
Ashok Reddy, who has been instrumental in shaping TeamLease’s growth journey, will move into the role of Executive Vice Chairman. In this new capacity, he will work closely with Suparna to ensure a smooth handover while continuing to guide the company’s long-term strategy, cross-functional initiatives and expansion into adjacent business areas.
Manish Sabharwal, another key pillar in the company’s leadership, will step down from his executive responsibilities but remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Meanwhile, Narayan Ramachandran will continue to serve as Chairman, providing stability and continuity at the board level.
