TD Power Systems Limited has announced receiving two large orders worth ₹142 crore from two major international gas engine Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The orders are for the supply of gas engine generators, reflecting a significant surge in demand from the gas engine segment. These generators are intended for export, with applications in grid stabilization units, base load power, and data centers.
The deliveries are expected to be split between the current financial year and the next. The company anticipates further orders in this segment over the coming quarters, highlighting its growing strength in international markets and the increased acceptance of its products for critical applications.
TD Power Systems confirmed that none of the promoters or group companies have any interests in the entities awarding the orders, and the transactions do not fall under related party transactions.
