Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reported a steady rise in its workforce in the first quarter of FY26, continuing its focus on talent and capability building.

As of June 30, 2025, TCS’ workforce strength stood at 613,069 employees, with a net headcount addition of 6,071 employees year-on-year. The company also highlighted that its associates invested over 15 million hours in skilling initiatives and acquired 1.3 million competencies in emerging technologies, reinforcing its position as a digital transformation partner of choice.

Meanwhile, the IT services attrition rate improved, easing to 13.8% for the last twelve months, reflecting stronger employee engagement and retention measures.
