This collaboration aims to strengthen Unilab’s digital infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term business growth.
As part of the partnership, TCS will help Unilab transition from its legacy enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to a modern, cloud-based digital core. Leveraging SAP S/4HANA on RISE, this transformation will provide Unilab with a scalable and intelligent enterprise platform. The cloud-based system will enable real-time insights, simplify operations, and support data-driven decision-making across all business functions.
TCS will oversee the end-to-end implementation, including strategy and design, project governance, system deployment, data migration, testing, and change management. The initiative is designed to preserve Unilab’s existing process expertise while harmonizing operations and integrating intelligent analytics for a more resilient digital foundation.
