TCS partners with Air New Zealand for AI-led transformation

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a five-year strategic partnership with Air New Zealand to modernize its digital infrastructure and enhance passenger experience. This collaboration aims to streamline airline operations, drive AI adoption, and improve efficiency across multiple business areas, including fleet management, crew scheduling, and ground services.

The partnership was formalized at TCS’ Banyan Park Campus in Mumbai, in the presence of New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, Tata Group Chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran, Air New Zealand CEO Greg Foran, and TCS CEO K. Krithivasan.
