Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has unveiled its TCS Workspace Experience Studio, engineered with Zscaler Digital Experience™ (ZDX™), in a move aimed at transforming enterprise digital workspaces through Zero Trust security, AI-powered analytics, and advanced observability.
The newly launched solution integrates Zscaler’s Digital Experience Monitoring capabilities using Zscaler OneAPI for seamless automation and service integration. The platform is designed to deliver a secure, resilient, and intelligent digital environment for enterprises navigating hybrid and remote work models. As organisations increasingly prioritise secure connectivity and employee productivity, TCS is targeting the fast-growing digital workspace market, which is projected to exceed USD 160 billion by 2030. The company estimates an addressable opportunity of more than USD 8 billion over the next five years.
The enhanced Workspace Experience Studio strengthens TCS’ Human-Centric AI portfolio by embedding workplace observability, advanced cyber security controls, and AI-driven experience analytics into enterprise systems. By leveraging ZDX observability parameters, the solution provides data-rich insights into network performance, application health, and end-user experience. This enables IT and security teams to proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, reducing disruptions and strengthening digital workplace resilience.
A key capability of the platform is its auto-healing and auto-remediation functionality. The system can automatically detect performance bottlenecks or technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and networks, and initiate corrective actions without manual intervention. This significantly reduces downtime while enhancing operational efficiency. In addition, the User Persona feature uses ZDX data to offer personalised insights and recommendations, easing user friction and improving overall digital experience.
TCS has already deployed the solution for a leading Scottish multinational engineering company, where it is projected to deliver a 25–30% increase in user productivity alongside measurable improvements in digital experience and system reliability. The deployment highlights the potential of AI-powered monitoring and Zero Trust architecture in driving tangible business outcomes.
