Tata Power’s subsidiary, TP Solar Limited, has secured a ₹632 crore contract from the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for the supply of 292.5 MWp Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) Solar Modules. These modules will be installed at Ramagiri, Andhra Pradesh, as part of India’s push towards renewable energy.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the project will be executed over a four-month period from October 2025 to January 2026. The contract was awarded through a competitive bid submission and e-Reverse Auction process conducted by SECI.
TP Solar, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), operates India’s largest single-location solar manufacturing plant. The company has been actively expanding its solar energy footprint to support the nation’s transition to clean energy.
